One of the best ways to lose weight is to keep an eye on what you eat. Losing weight does not mean that you go on fasting and starve yourself to be slim and trim, right! In the process of losing weight, it is very important that you feel happy and enjoy what you eat.

The fundamental rule in your weight loss goal is to never – never let yourself get too hungry.

You should indulge in healthy snacks now and again. Eating the right snacks is crucial in your efforts to lose weight. Snacks are energetic and an important part of a healthy diet; they help keep blood sugars stable. Prevent you from getting too hungry at your meals, thus helping you not to over-eat.

Snacks are really a great way to get in lots of needed nutrients. Here is a list of perfect healthy snacks for those desperate souls out there who want to reduce weight and flatten their bellies.


Now when I say popcorn I don’t mean the movie theater popcorns, right. Stay away from all the sugary and buttery popcorns. Do not eat very salty popcorns too.


Popcorns are indeed very healthy snacks, rich in fiber and low in calories. Include plain or slightly salty popcorns in your diet as a healthy snack to lose weight.


Yogurt is one of the best healthy snacks to lose weight. You can eat it on its own, or enjoy it as a fruit dip or simply mix it as a sauce or dressing. Keep in mind to choose low fat yogurt, right!


This yummy and creamy snack is available in plenty of flavors that range from chocolate to strawberry and can easily satisfy your food cravings.

Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is very good at filling you up quickly. If you feel like eating before a meal simply eat a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter. You will instantly get 190 calories right there along with loads of protein.#


Make a healthy snack with peanut butter by adding it to your whole wheat bread or whole wheat crackers. It makes a delicious snack but remember peanut butter is a high-calorie food too, so be sure you don't overdo it, right!

Energy fiber bars

Energy fiber bars are easy pick-me-ups and serve as an excellent healthy snack. But remember to choose those bars which are marked especially as weight loss bars. There is a huge variety of energy bars available with so many different brands and flavors, so you need to pick up the one with less sugar. Look for real ingredients like raisins or oats and aim for 120 to 150 calories.


Besides eating these snacks, eat seasonal fruits, dried fruits  and fresh vegetables. Try to eat raw vegetables with homemade dips or hummus. From now on simply eat the right snacks and you can easily lose weight without being hungry. All the best !

wonderful snacks. I like them all. But I really like the unhealthy version of popcorn. Popped in oil. what is the point otherwise.

Great info. I love coconut milk yogurt and fruits as snacks, as well as vegan energy bars and mixed nuts.

I think I could follow a few of those tips
