Your body will start getting back into shape in about 6 to 8 weeks after having the baby. I would suggest just eating in moderation and eating more healthy foods and less junk foods, and getting regular exercise. If you weren’t overweight or obese before you were pregnant, you probably will lose most of your baby weight in a few weeks of just eating healthy and moving around. more

As far as I know, human body is approximately 70% water. To older people, it can decrease down to 50%. And yes, if we drain ourselves of water, we can significantly lose weight. However, water is necessary for the proper metabolism and working operation of our cells, and hence, it is not a great idea to excessively remove water from our body. more

Call them again.  Tell them that you are considering bankruptcy at this rate and that it is killing you.  You should be able to close your account and get an interest rate that is way lower than what you are paying.  If they think that you may be going bankrupt, they will be more willing to work with you on this. more
